The SANDS - HUNT Expansion

The SANDS is a new setting and scenario for the HUNT tabletop role-playing game (@GilaRPGs). 

This expansion brings players to a new location than the forest in the core game: a sprawling desert known only as the Sands. Just like in the core game, what exactly this world is like for your group will emerge during play, but here are a few core truths to get you started:

• The Sands lie beyond the forest. Here, lush foliage is replaced by rolling dunes, and tall, mighty trees are replaced by strange, crumbling towers suspended in midair. Ruins of a dozen past ages now make homes for caravans of brigands, and monsters somewhere between animal and true Beast roam unchecked.
• The Citadel has fallen. Once, the great stronghold at the heart of the desert was a beacon of virtue with its own order of Knights to defend it. Now, it is nothing but an empty husk. Knights remain, but the Sands have known no Order for many years. 
• Mysticism reigns. In the forest, the veil is a powerful – if fraying – interstice between the natural and the unfathomable. In the Sands, such barriers are few, and they are despised. People openly embrace the unreal, bending the laws of nature for their own needs and desires, regardless of the price.

Compatibility

This expansion is fully cross-compatible with the HUNT base game. A Knight of the Oath of Stone wielding the Engine can fight alongside a Knight of the Curse of Dunes with the Scroll without issue

Oath and Weapon pages from The SANDS are compatible with the HUNT Oath & Weapon Reference sheets. Each half-letter page can be printed out and paired with another page of the opposite type (Oath or Weapon) to form a complete, letter-size character sheet to get you right into the action!
